MICHAEL PHELPS HAS WON HIS 19TH MEDAL

Michael Phelps has altogether won 19 medals making him the most decorated Olympian of all time. His 19th medal gave him an edge over former Soviet gymnast Larisa Latynia who set a 48-year record.
Being
beaten to gold in 200m butterfly by a South African, Chad le Clos, Phelps came second adding a silver to his collection.Those who watched, saw that he had lost a bit of  touch.  Notwithstanding he kept 17,000 crowd to its feet with his victories.
