Mrs Njideka Imoka is alleged to have flogged a student to death at St John of God Secondary School Awka. She collapsed after receiving the strokes of the cain, though rushed to the hospital, nothing could be done.
Lesson to teachers: Flogg with caution.

SERIAL RAPISTS CAUGHT AT AUCHI POLY

 After raping and buryng their victim(Miss Mercy Peters (21)) in a shallow grave, these rapists(Henry Onoriode Edewo  and Emmanuel Isiekhuieme) were finally nabbed.
The student that was murdered was kept captive for four days before she was killed being raped and brutalised by these human devils. All these while they'n been receiving money from her parents to aid her release.

LEGOSIANS TRECK LONG DISTANCE, AS OKADA OPERATION CEASES

The Lagos state government has been making effort for quite a while to stop the activities of the popular Okada riders. This restricted them to remote roads where traffic is light.Reasons are for the sake of accidents riders are exposed to, and the use of bykes for robbery activities amongst others.
In what appears to be a final sweep, the use of bykes for transportation is finnally banned. Even the riot sparked by this action did not hold water.
The unanswered question is how would these riders survive the economic crunch in the country.
An alternative would have been put in place before this ban, or what do you think?

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO BAN RAPE DRUG

Federal government is set to ban the sale of Rohypnol also known as Flunitrazepam, popularly called Date-rape drug.

If you recall, this was the drug used on Cynthia Osokogu by her killers. This drug has been banned in so many countries as it is used for devoius purposes.

OBAMA TACKLES RAPE COMMENT

 During a late-night TV talk show interview with host Jay Leno, President Barack Obama commented on a Republican's assertion as regards pregnancies resulting from rape, thus;

Dr. James Mwangi, Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Equity Bank Limited, Kenya, and Stephen Saad, Co-founder, Aspen Pharmacare.

ALUU 4 SUSPECTS REMANDED IN CUSTODY

 The 13 suspects arrested in connection with the murder of four UNIPORT students have been charged before a Port Harcourt Magistrate on a five-count charge of conspiracy and murder and were yesterday remanded in prison till the case comes up again in December. The Nigeria Police Force has also dismissed the policeman who was part of the mob that killed the students. The policeman has been identified as Lucky Orji.

“Around 7 am, I left my house. I dressed up to go to work. On my street, I saw a crowd of people with four unclad boys, who were being led into my compound, No. 9, Royal Villa in Omuokiri-Aluu. I said what was the problem and they said the boys were armed robbers. I said that is my compound, let us go and see the person, if he is their member or let them point the particular person, who is their member they were going to look for”.
