ELECTRIC CABLE VANDAL SURVIVES ELECTROCUTION

A 16-year-old boy, Terseer Iorparegh, was on the 14th caught stuck in a high tension cable while attempting to vandalize the PHCN cable along Naka road in Makurdi.
