JAY Z AND BEYONCE; ARE THEY CLOSE TO BREAKING UP?

 

 Things seem to have taken a rocky turn for the seemingly happily married couple. Beyonce, 32, is reportedly thinking about taking a break from her marriage because she thinks Jay is being “selfish” and not putting his family first.
While Beyonce was in Australia for her Mrs. Carter tour, Jay Z visited her and the two lovebirds took a mini 3-day vacation to a private resort to spend some quality time together. But apparently it was more than just a relaxing trip.
"Jay Z’s early November trip to Australia was not just a family getaway, it was a last-ditch effort to keep his marriage afloat," an insider told Star.

"Jay Z’s decision to tour Europe at the same time as Beyoncé is touring Australia has caused serious damage to their relationship — damage that may be ultimately prove to be irreparable.”Read on after the cut.

KEAN VOWS TO DEFEND HIMSELF AGAINST ALEX FERGUSON'S LIES

Roy Kean refused entering war of words with Sir Alex Ferguson at his first press conference.
Ferguson wrote in his autobiography that Kean who played in the mid-field position struggles to cope as a player when his power waned.
When questioned, Kean who spent twelve and half years at United said he would address the lies told by the former United's boss on another occasion. 

ENGLISH FOOTBALL IS A MESS- MARTIN KEOWN

Martin Keown in a special report said that English football is a mess as a result of too many foreign stars, shortage of coaches and failure to develop talents at the grass root.

 Martin Raymond Keown is an English former professional footballer who played as a defender from 1984 to 2005 notably in the Premier League for Arsenal where he made over 300 appearances for the club and won nine major trophies.

MINISTER OF AVIATION, STELLA ODUAH APPEARS BEFORE SENATE TODAY

Minister of aviation, Stella Oduah is to appear today before the Senate to brief the upper legislature on the state of the aviation industry, particularly the issue involving the associated air line flight.
Oduah was to appear before the senate last week Thursday but the meeting was shifted as the senate prisident, David Mark who requested to personally preside over the probe session was unavailable.
Issues regarding the purchase of bulletproof cars worth about N250m would also be raised.

MEETING TO RESOLVE ASUU STRIKE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY

Following the death of Professor Festus Iyayi, the former president of ASUU in a car crash on tuesday, the meeting of the National Executive Council of the Union scheduled to hold yesterday at the Bayero University Kano is indefinitely suspended till further notice as a result of his death.
Before his death, Festus Iyayi was a strong pillar of ASUU.

JEGA SAYS ANAMBRA ELECTION WILL BE THE BEST NIGERIA HAS WITNESSED

Professor Attahiru Jega declares that Saturday governorship election in Anambra State will be the best the country has witnessed. He promised that it will be free and fare, saying that INEC has corrected errors in the controversial voters register earlier given to political parties, saying it was computer related. Jega further appealed to political parties and their candidates to corporate with the commission to achieve its goal.

FIFA INVITES IHEANACHO AND ALAMPASU TO BALLON D'OR AWARD

The Golden Eaglet duo in the persons of Dele Alampasu and skipper, Kelechi Iheanacho have been invited by FIFA as part of dignitaries to witness the Ballon D'or Award to be hosted in Zurich come January 2014.
The duo appeared at the top of the honored rack at the just concluded under 17 world cup competition held at United Arab Emirates and won by Nigeria.
Nigeria has won the competitions four times so far.
